A Jenkinson course aimed at providing awareness of legislation, bacteriology, food contamination, cleaning and disinfection, personal hygiene etc.
Cleaning Workshop
Practical instruction on cleaning and disinfection is given. This is complemented by observing staff cleaning and advising how their approach could be improved.
